This is a good one! A nice flat 5 acre lot in my favorite part of Landers. Great views of Goat Mountain, the San Bernardino Mountains and the surrounding foothills. Access via Sunset Mesa, a reasonably smooth unpaved road. It's far enough off of Reche to not hear any road noise but not a long 2 mile slog down a rock strewn dirt road either. It's a Goldilocks by location and number of Joshua Trees.
